We have enjoyed reading all the entries to this year’s National Poetry Month contest and, after a great deal of discussion and deliberation, we have selected three winners!
The decision was not an easy one, but the students whose lyrical words touched our souls are below.
- Fourth grade student Melanie R., “A Scarlet Forest”
- Seventh grade student Lowell F., “Poetry”
- Tenth grade student Katrina Z., “Restless She”
Congratulations to all of our winners, and thank you to all our talented students who contributed their time and effort to make this such a vibrant contest!
Be on the lookout for more about our winners soon.
