John F. and Anna Lee Stacey Scholarship Fund for Art Education
Award: $500 to $5,000
Deadline: February 1, 2020
Description: With a high standard for art and a passion for traditional Western culture, Anna Lee Stacey established a scholarship for students serious about pursuing a career in the art industry. Open to U.S. students ages 18 to 35, the application should be accompanied by an original piece demonstrating their study of form, color, drawing, painting, design, or technique.

Toshiba/NSTA ExploraVision Competition
Award: $5,000 to $10,000 (multiple awards available)
Deadline: February 10, 2020
Description: ExploraVision is a STEM competition for K to 12 students. Teams of two to four can apply by researching how a particular technological device works and predicting how it may change the future. Each student team needs a teacher to sponsor them through the competition.

Lounge Lizard Web Design Scholarship
Award: $1,000 and design critique session with Ken Braun

Description: Before you head out into the world, show us how creative you are on the world wide web. Submit a past or present web design in file form or live URL.

Christophers’ Poster Contest
Award: $100 to $1,000 (multiple awards available)
Deadline: February 18, 2020
Description: Father James Keller, M.M., founder of The Christophers, has a strong belief that everyone has the ability to shape the future. This scholarship is meant for students in grades 9 through 12 who hand draw, paint, or digitally create a poster interpreting the theme, “You Can Make a Difference.”

Gordon A. Rich Memorial Scholarship
Award: Up to $50,000
Deadline: February 20, 2020
Description: Having a parent who works in the financial field does not guarantee a full-ride to college. Hardworking high school seniors who have at least a 3.5 GPA, rank in the top 20% of their class, but still have limited resources for higher education are welcome to apply.

Vegetarian Resource Group Scholarship
Award: $5,000 to $10,000 (multiple awards available)
Deadline: February 20, 2020
Description: Even with more options readily available, those who choose vegetarianism and vegan diets show a high level of courage, commitment, and compassion. Open to U.S. high school students graduating in Spring 2020, this scholarship is for those who have worked to promote vegetarianism in their communities and/or schools and submit an essay on their experiences.

World of 7 Billion Student Video Contest
Award: $250 to $1,000 (multiple awards available)
Deadline: February 27, 2020
Description: Lights, camera, sustainable action! Students create a short video focusing on how human population growth is impacting the world and what can be done to help.

The LAGRANT Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship
Award: $2,500 and professional guidance
Deadline: February 28, 2020
Description: The LAGRANT Foundation advocates for diversity in the advertising, marketing, and public relations fields. Full-time students with a minimum 3.0 GPA majoring in a related field will be chosen from a diverse group to attend scholarship activities and receive support throughout the year.

National Mutual Benefit Scholarships
Award: $2,000
Deadline: February 28, 2020
Description: Community service benefits both the giver and receiver. This is one principle National Mutual Benefit is committed to, and therefore has created a program to support students who value volunteerism. Graduating seniors who are members insured under NMB can apply by submitting an application featuring their community service and volunteer efforts.

Optimist International Scholarship

Description: Optimist International clubs seek to give young people the opportunity to express their feelings about the world in which they live, thus developing their writing skills with an essay that could lead to a college scholarship. This year’s essay theme asks the question, “Is Optimism the Key to Achieving the Dreams you Imagine?"
