Laurel Springs has established an online Dual Enrollment Program in partnership with esteemed universities to provide students with opportunities to potentially earn college credit and help prepare them for the future beyond academics.
Are You Eligible to Enroll?
Currently, the Dual Enrollment Program is open to students who are at least 14 years old and meet one of the following requirements:
- Laurel Springs students in grades 11-12
- The Academy at Laurel Springs students in grades 9-12
- Postgraduate students

How do I enroll my student in the Upper School?
What high school courses does Upper School offer students?We offer more than 200 college-prep courses, including unique elective options, Advanced Placement courses, honors courses, and dual enrollment offerings.

What are the graduation requirements for Academy students?Full-time, Upper School students must meet the 23.5 credits required for graduation.

As an Upper School parent, what is my role in my child's online educationYou play a supporting role in your child's academics. High school students create and act on their schedules with minimal guidance from you.
Parent resources include Observer accounts to monitor your child's learning progress and access to Naviance for observing your child's college plans. We also encourage you to regularly connect with your child's counselor and teachers.

What are the technology requirements for the Lower School?Lower School students need a standard laptop or desktop computer with Mac OS or Windows support, plus an up-to-date browser and access to high-speed internet. Some courses require speakers and a microphone, and some may require a printer and scanner access.

Do you have prom and other school events?
Yes! Throughout the year, students can participate in in-person and virtual field trips. And, at the end of the traditional academic year, we host our Annual Year-End Celebrations, a three-day event including prom, graduation, and an alumni reunion.
