The Academy features Laurel Springs’ premier online curriculum. Choose from 230+ college-prep courses and more than 60 AP® and Honors courses. Academy students can also take advantage of our Dual Enrollment program starting in the 9th grade! We make sure our students are prepared for college and the coursework that comes with it.

Support for online students
Full-time Laurel Springs students have access to 24-7 academic support through Tutor.com. Tutor.com provides live tutoring by highly-trained tutors for all K-12 grade levels and subject areas. Students can access this resource from their portal and courses. Drop in for on-demand help or schedule time with a tutor whenever you need it!
Personalized online education
Academy students choose courses and research projects that align with their interests and passions. All courses are mastery-based and include self-paced and live learning, which means students can work at their own speed and move onto new concepts when they feel ready.
Academy teachers
Academy teachers are trained to meet the needs of each unique student. They are also experts in the online learning environment. All of them hold advanced degrees and provide students personalized feedback. There is no shortage of 1:1 attention and support!
College counseling
Our college counselors work with each student to help them plan for life after graduation. Because they take on smaller caseloads in The Academy, they are able to provide even more strategic, personalized support. This guidance starts as early as 6th grade!
World language programs
Strengthen your speaking and cultural understanding with The Academy’s world language courses. Choose from American Sign Language (ASL), Mandarin or French. We have German, Latin, and Spanish, too! Laurel Springs hosts international trips so students have the chance to experience new cultures up close.
