Academies are Partnering with us for Student Success
An independent school in South Carolina partnered with Laurel Springs to offer their middle and upper school students the opportunity to benefit from a blended learning experience and develop important 21st Century skills. They selected courses that were not currently offered on their campus for students to enroll in.
A small new tennis academy was challenged by the constraints of seat time at the local public school and the court time available for training. By partnering with Laurel Springs, their tennis students were able to practice when court time was available and this the increased flexibility allowed the students to attend additional tournaments and further their tennis game.
An independent school in California was losing potential enrollments because of the lack of offerings in their World Language catalog and wanted to be able to offer Mandarin to its prospective families. In partnering with Laurel Springs, they were able to expand their language offerings, increase enrollments, and create a new cultural component to their World Languages department.
A K-8th grade elite private school was struggling with Middle School students who required accelerated math curriculum beyond the typical middle school course progression. Through their relationship with Laurel Springs, the school was able to offer their Middle School students higher level math courses without having to leave the building and attended high school classes.
Since Laurel Springs’ Advanced Placement courses are already college-board approved, a private school in Georgia offers all 20 of our Advanced Placement courses to their students and did not need to go through the approval process that comes along with developing your own AP courses.

Advanced Placement courses for the college bound student
Our school provides a wide variety of Advanced Placement (AP) courses, which allow students to potentially earn college credit or placement and build the skills they’ll need throughout their college years. Advanced Placement programs emphasize vocabulary development, critical thinking, problem solving, expository writing, and research. Excellent AP exam scores enable many students to be exempt from entry level courses in college. Advanced Placement courses include a series of live exam prep sessions in the spring.

These online, semester-long offerings allow students to pursue areas of interest outside their traditional core subjects, providing opportunities to extend learning and meet elective credit requirements. With titles such as Forensic Science, International Business, Digital Photography, and Anthropology, our Elective courses help students create unique educational experiences and strong high school transcripts.
